Cargo Sales Executive
Based at Schiphol Airport
Reporting to the Cargo Manager
Cathay Pacific is the airline of Hong Kong, the heart of Asia. We put an emphasis on Customer Service and one of our key commitments is to provide our customers with a ‘Service Straight from the Heart’. Cathay Pacific has 7 non-stop passenger flights from Amsterdam to Hong Kong every week and almost daily freighter services to the Middle East and Hong Kong. Out of Hong Kong we fly to destinations all over Asia, but specifically China, and key destinations in Australia and North America.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the Cargo Sales Plan;
· Maintain strong relations with our accounts;
· Develop new business opportunities;
· Analyze market data and developments;
· Maintain pricing levels in cooperation with the Inside Sales & Reservations team;
· Prepare proper customer communications through mailings and publications.
Requirements:
· 3-5 years sales experience in the airline Cargo business;
· Strong sales qualities and negotiation skills;
· Insight in logistical processes;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in
a multi-cultural environment;
· Analytical qualities;
· Fluent in Dutch and English.
