Job Title : Senior Customer Service Logistics
Location : Alphen a/d Rijn
Department : Logistics

General tasks:
> Manage daily operations & customer service
> Job processing
> Trouble shooting
> Customer liaison
> Data Integrity across all systems
> Prepare operational reports, participate in the formation of
measurement reports (KPI)
> Daily OPS
> Train staff
> Improve workflow

Education level:
> MBO+ or equal

Job requirements:
> 2-3 years experience in similar position
> Customer Service driven
> Good knowledge of logistics related transport processes, documents
& procedures
> Good knowledge of rate calculations
> Good understanding of Customs documents, procedures and
regulations
> Flexible to work from different locations if required
> Excellent administrative and problem solving skills
> Self starter with a good business sense setting the right priorities
> Highly motivated, punctual, accurate, creative, think out-of-the box
> Excellent performer and team player with a customer friendly style
> Excellent communication and people skills
> Computer knowledge MS-office (Word, Excel, Power-point)
> Excellent communications in Dutch and English;
Other languages (f.i. Mandarin) are considered a benefit
> Own car and drivers license
